This home received an AIA Cincinnati 2010 CORAward Merit Award for its overall clarity of plan and integration with its site. This home presented a unique opportunity to take a fabulous site which was already familiar to the client and design a new home to capitalize on all of their knowledge and history there. The result is a sleek glass and cedar house with views toward the pond and Indiana hillsides beyond. Supported by stone buttresses, the main living space floats out over a water feature and provides transparency from both inside and out.
